Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Proudify, operated by Obii Kriationz Web LLP. By completing a purchase on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund on Certificate Purchases

Proudify operates on a pay-per-certificate model. Each certificate purchase is a one-time digital transaction. Once payment is processed and the certificate is issued:

• close The certificate has been generated and delivered to the recipient.
• close The service has been fully rendered.
• close No refund will be issued — regardless of the reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, incorrect recipient details entered by you, or duplicate orders.

2. No Refund on Certificate Credit Packs

Prepaid certificate credit packs purchased on Proudify are non-refundable. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time, but they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. Once a pack is purchased, the transaction is final.

3. Your Responsibility Before Purchase

Because all sales are final, please ensure the following before completing any purchase:

• check_circle Recipient name and email address are correct.
• check_circle The certificate template and content are accurate.
• check_circle The date of issue and any custom fields are reviewed before confirming.
• check_circle For bulk uploads, the CSV data has been reviewed in the preview step before confirmation.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will be considered only in the following exceptional circumstance:

• info Platform error: You were charged but the certificate was not generated or delivered due to a verified technical fault on our end. In this case, please contact us within 48 hours of the failed transaction with your order details.

We will investigate and, if the fault is confirmed to be ours, either re-issue the certificate at no additional charge or process a refund at our discretion.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us constitutes a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts associated with fraudulent chargeback attempts and to dispute the claim with supporting transaction records.
